The 4 C's of Diamonds

Color

Diamond color is graded on a scale from D (colorless) to Z (light yellow). The less color a diamond has, the more rare and valuable it is.

Fancy Colored Diamonds

While the D-Z scale grades the absence of color, nature also produces "Fancy Colored Diamonds" in shades of yellow, pink, blue, green, and more. Unlike white diamonds, these rare gems are valued for the intensity and saturation of their color.

Cut & Shapes

A diamond's cut determines how it interacts with light. An excellent cut unleashes the stone's fire and brilliance. While 'Cut' refers to quality, 'Shape' refers to the silhouette (Round, Oval, etc).

Carat Weight

Carat refers to the unique weight of the diamond. One carat is exactly 0.20 grams. While carat weight influences size, the cut proportions also play a significant role in how large the stone appears.

Natural vs. Lab-Grown Diamonds

EARTH-MINED

Natural Diamonds

  • Formed over 1–3 billion years, 150km beneath the earth's surface

  • Each stone is unique — no two are identical in nature

  • Carry exceptional heirloom and resale value

  • Scarcity drives long-term appreciation

  • A symbol of geological rarity and permanence

LABORATORY-GROWN

Lab-Grown Diamonds

  • Structurally and chemically identical to natural diamonds

  • Created using CVD or HPHT processes in controlled environments

  • Allows for larger carat sizes at a more accessible price point

  • A modern, technology-forward choice

Precious Gemstones

Beyond diamonds, the world of coloured gemstones is one of extraordinary beauty and individuality. No two stones are ever the same.

Ruby

Ruby

Burma (Myanmar) · Mozambique · Sri Lanka

The "King of Gems." No stone rivals the intensity of a fine ruby. Its signature pigeon-blood red glows from within, caused by traces of chromium. The richer and more saturated the colour, the more precious. Every ruby is entirely unique: untreated stones of exceptional hue are among the rarest objects on earth, and their colour can never be replicated.

Sapphire

Sapphire

Kashmir · Ceylon (Sri Lanka) · Madagascar

Few colours in nature match the depth of a fine sapphire. From the velvety, dreamlike cornflower-blue of Kashmir to the brilliant, vivid tones of Ceylon, each origin produces an entirely distinct character. Beyond blue, sapphires occur in virtually every colour of the spectrum, known as 'fancy' sapphires. No two are alike in hue, saturation, or the way they capture light.

Emerald

Emerald

Colombia · Brazil · Zambia

Emeralds carry a living, breathing green unlike any other stone. Each one contains a "Jardin" (French for garden), a unique network of inclusions that acts as a fingerprint, making every emerald one of a kind. Colombian emeralds set the world standard for colour intensity, while Zambian stones offer a cooler, deeply saturated green. The soul of an emerald lies in its individuality.

Exclusively 18K Gold

We have made the conscious choice to craft our jewelry exclusively in 18 Karat Gold (75% pure gold). 18k gold is the premium standard for fine jewelry, offering the perfect equilibrium between the rich warmth of pure gold and strength.

Purity

Higher gold content (75%) provides a richer, more vibrant color.

Value

A more valuable investment that retains its worth over time.

Quality

The preferred choice for high-end jewelry and heirlooms.

Yellow Gold

The classic choice. Pure gold mixed with silver and copper for a warm, sunny glow.

White Gold

Modern and bright. Gold mixed with palladium or nickel, then rhodium plated for brilliance.

Rose Gold

Romantic and vintage. Created by increasing the copper content for a soft pink hue.

Platinum

For those seeking the ultimate in rarity and purity, we also offer Platinum (PT950).

  • Naturally white and will not fade or tarnish over time.

  • Hypoallergenic and ideal for sensitive skin.

  • Denser and heavier than gold, providing a luxurious feel.
